The Cake Lady Express started as a satellite location, offering only cupcakes and quickly grew to a fully operational custom cake shop. There they offer the same quality, custom cakes as their New London counterpart. From hand-drawn characters to sculpted submarines to tiered wedding cakes their Niantic location now does it all.
The Express location still lives up to it’s name catering to the last minute, grab-and-go customer. They offer many well known, ready-to-go Cake Lady items such as: The Mini-Cupcake Sampler Pack, Celebration Cupcakes, Devil Dog Puppies, Cake Pops and a limited amount of pre-decorated cakes. Sizes, flavors and design vary daily.
