🥰 This session was one of those that was in the making for some time. When we moved to Old Lyme I stumbled upon Taylor's IG and was following along with her journey to pregnancy. There was something about how real she was and how she'd casually tag Taylor Swift in a post that had me invested in her journey. When their first IVF cycle looked positive but ultimately was unsuccessful I knew then and there that at some point I would photograph this gorgeous mom-to-be. Little did I know when she became pregnant again there would be three miracle baby boys growing inside of her. We did her maternity shoot around 20 weeks as I've learned over the years moms of multiples can end up on bed rest early and I didn't want to chance missing this beautiful milestone. The shoot went so well and I honestly felt like we were old friends by the end. Little did we all know that her boys would enter this world at just 23w 5 days. Chase and Ben fought as hard as their little bodies could and were lovingly cared for before losing their fights at 2 and 23 days. Their brother Ryan is still fighting and trying his best at Yale New Haven hospital where he's receiving the absolute best of care from an incredible staff.
